In this role, you will manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), coordinate influencer campaigns, and ensure seamless collaboration between brands and content creators.
As a KOL Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies, identifying trending influencers, and optimizing campaign performance. Responsibility
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables with KOLs and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Maintain a database of KOLs, tracking engagement metrics and campaign results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with broader digital strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize campaigns.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
