Responsibility
- GTM Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for the refrigeration category, including market segmentation, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and marketing collateral tailored to B2B (hotels, restaurants) and B2C (retail, e-commerce) audiences.
- Channel & Partnership Management: Identify and onboard key distributors, retailers, and OEM partners to expand market reach across Bali and Indonesia.
- Revenue Growth: Set and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets through data-driven demand generation and conversion optimization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to align product roadmaps with market needs.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine GTM approaches.
- Localization & Compliance: Ensure all marketing and sales materials comply with Indonesian regulations and cultural nuances.
- Performance Metrics: Track KPIs (e.g., market share, customer acquisition cost) and present insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in GTM, product marketing, or business development, with at least 3 years in refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial equipment.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial/industrial refrigeration markets, technologies (e.g., compressors, heat exchangers), and customer pain points.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and implement data-backed GTM strategies in emerging markets.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and market research platforms to drive decisions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to relocate to Bali and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Language: Fluent English (mandatory); Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
