Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product development strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end development of new products and brands, from concept ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand vision.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and manage product launch plans, including timeline coordination, budget allocation, and cross-functional execution.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including business cases, technical specifications, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to optimize market success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support product development and distribution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product development and brand management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product development, brand management, or marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products or brands in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
