Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to social functions.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and guest management.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance.
- Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
