Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Create engaging, SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to refine strategies and report insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Build and nurture online communities through social media engagement and influencer partnerships.
- Oversee website performance, UX/UI improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
