Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories, tailored to each platformâs audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community around the brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and SEO.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and competitive.
- Manage influencer and brand partnerships, including outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Assist in crisis management and reputation monitoring to address any negative feedback or PR issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging, error-free content.
- Strong creative skills, including basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with social media marketing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is highly desirable.
- Passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and a keen eye for detail.
