Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO) to drive franchise leads and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with franchise partners to create localized marketing strategies that align with TULUA KEY’s brand vision.
- Manage content creation, including blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and brand voice.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for franchise growth in Bali’s wellness sector.
- Organize and promote wellness events, workshops, and pop-ups to boost brand visibility and community engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media, and wellness communities to amplify brand reach.
- Assist in the development of franchise marketing toolkits and training materials for new partners.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, franchise development, or digital campaigns, preferably in the wellness or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and SEO with measurable results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to Bali’s unique market dynamics.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, or holistic health—personal experience in the industry is a bonus!
