Responsibility

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO) to drive franchise leads and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with franchise partners to create localized marketing strategies that align with TULUA KEY’s brand vision.
  • Manage content creation, including blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and brand voice.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for franchise growth in Bali’s wellness sector.
  • Organize and promote wellness events, workshops, and pop-ups to boost brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media, and wellness communities to amplify brand reach.
  • Assist in the development of franchise marketing toolkits and training materials for new partners.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, franchise development, or digital campaigns, preferably in the wellness or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and SEO with measurable results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
