Responsibility

  • Develop, manage, and optimize TikTok and Meta ad campaigns to achieve KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to refine targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite).
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce high-engagement ad assets (videos, images, carousels).
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on TikTok/Meta algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt strategies.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign results and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in TikTok Ads and Meta Ads management.
  • Strong understanding of CPAS (Cost Per Action/ Acquisition) and performance marketing metrics.
  • Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and derive data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with pixel tracking, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bali.
