Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including content development, event planning, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, such as engagement rates, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and digital content to strengthen brand presence and interaction.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute brand initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials to communicate brand strategies and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role (internships included).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
