As a CRM specialist, you will drive data-driven initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, optimize touchpoints, and deliver personalized experiences across digital and traditional channels. Your expertise will directly contribute to the growth and long-term success of our entertainment ecosystem in Southeast Asia’s most dynamic market.

Based in Bali, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, leveraging cutting-edge CRM tools and analytics to refine audience segmentation and campaign performance. This is a unique opportunity to merge creativity with strategy in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to boost retention and lifetime value for Viva Films and VMX audiences.
  • Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, social media) tailored to different customer segments.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for personalization and upselling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless customer journeys.
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), churn rate, and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in entertainment, digital marketing, and CRM best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles, preferably in the media, entertainment, or telecom industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing CRM strategies that improve customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong data analysis and segmentation skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling, audience-centric content.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and marketing automation tools.
