Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive room revenue and engagement.
- Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors (PLUS, ADARA, etc.) to enhance campaign performance and reach.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages tailored to target audiences in Baliâs hospitality sector.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, content) to align campaigns with business goals.
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and integrate them into paid search strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in paid search marketing, social media advertising, or digital campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
