Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali.
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, and offline) to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the local and regional landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion funnels and improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (ROI, CTR, engagement rates) to refine strategies and report insights to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to foster long-term business growth.
- Produce high-quality content (copy, visuals, videos) tailored to Baliâs diverse audience segments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tools to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, digital marketing, or brand management, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, or social media insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Baliâs market dynamics or willingness to relocate and adapt quickly.
