Responsibility
- Assist in the development of new apparel and accessory designs, from concept sketches to final prototypes.
- Support the PDP team in sourcing and evaluating fabrics, trims, and materials for production.
- Participate in sample development and fitting sessions, providing feedback on design and functionality.
- Help coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of samples.
- Assist in quality control checks to maintain product standards and consistency.
- Contribute to market research and trend analysis to inform product development strategies.
- Document and organize product specifications, tech packs, and other development materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align product development with brand goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong interest in fashion, apparel production, and product development.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach to challenges.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali for the duration of the internship.
