Responsibility
- Develop trend-driven fashion designs aligned with brand identity and market demands.
- Create and refine graphic elements, prints, and patterns for apparel and accessories.
- Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to select fabrics, trims, and materials.
- Design merchandising layouts and visual presentations for seasonal collections.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform design and merchandising strategies.
- Prepare technical packs and specifications for manufacturers and suppliers.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure design integrity and quality standards.
- Support marketing and sales teams with product imagery, catalogs, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion design and merchandising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and merchandising projects.
- Knowledge of fabric, color, and garment construction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with fashion trends, retail buying, and inventory management is a plus.
