In this role, you'll spearhead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, optimize Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes, and implement cutting-edge automation solutions. Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of high-power electronic manufacturing processes
- Drive NPI projects from concept through to mass production
- Optimize SMT processes for high-power components to improve yield and reliability
- Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance production efficiency
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure design for manufacturability
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation of processes and specifications in compliance with industry standards
- Stay current with emerging technologies in high-power electronics manufacturing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably with high-power components
- Strong knowledge of SMT processes and automation in electronics production
- Experience with NPI processes and design for manufacturability principles
- Familiarity with industry standards (IPC, ISO, UL) for electronic components
- Proficient in CAD tools and manufacturing simulation software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
