Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce repair costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and equipment repairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
