Responsibility
- Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of plant equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute plant optimization projects, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities, identifying potential risks and recommending improvements.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability for critical operations.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Document maintenance activities, preparing reports and analysis for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a plant or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
