Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on radar and control systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in radar systems, including hardware, software, and signal processing components.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new radar equipment and upgrades.
- Document maintenance activities, system performance, and anomalies in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all maintenance operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency support for critical system failures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair of radar, communication, or electronic systems.
- Strong understanding of radar principles, signal processing, and RF (Radio Frequency) technologies.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system analysis and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with military or aviation standards (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-178C) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required.
