Responsibility
- Promote and sell Modena’s premium home appliances to customers in retail stores or showrooms.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and consultations to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to deliver accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute in-store campaigns and events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays in assigned locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with Modena products or similar brands is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
