Responsibility
- Develop and refine beverage formulations to meet market trends and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product development and production processes.
- Conduct sensory evaluations to assess flavor balance, texture, and overall product quality.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams to ensure adherence to standards.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in R&D or product development within the beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of flavor balance, texture, and sensory evaluation techniques.
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and quality control procedures.
