Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and maximize product benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners, to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for medical instruments, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bali region.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver customized product presentations tailored to the specific needs of different healthcare facilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to position Biosite as a leader in medical innovation.
- Ensure after-sales service excellence by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in medical sales, product training, or technical support within the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to building and maintaining relationships.
- Familiarity with medical instruments and healthcare protocols is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as required to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal) is essential.
