In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement activities. You will play a critical role in supporting our global vessel operations, ensuring that our supply chain is resilient, cost-effective, and aligned with the highest standards of operational excellence. You will lead a high-performing team to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and optimize purchasing workflows to ensure our fleet remains operational at all times.

Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to execute end-to-end purchasing processes effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for vessel maintenance, spare parts, and offshore equipment.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with key global suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high service standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition processing to invoice reconciliation.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Analyze procurement spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including technical superintendents and vessel operations managers.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement lead times to prevent operational downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related maritime discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the maritime or offshore industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing small to mid-sized teams.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term vendor partnerships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or maritime-specific software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive cost efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of international maritime procurement standards and regulatory compliance.
