Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement and supply chain plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, warehousing, and logistics.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards for medical device manufacturing.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards for medical devices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
