Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Design and implement visual planning tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Kanban boards) to enhance team coordination.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with suppliers to prevent delays.
- Generate reports on production metrics, including output, downtime, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all planning activities.
- Adapt schedules in real-time to accommodate urgent orders or unforeseen disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing design.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s manufacturing sector or willingness to relocate to Canggu.
