Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal resources.
- Manage logistics for training programs, including venue booking, equipment setup, and participant registration.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of training materials and resources.
- Monitor training budgets and expenses, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and recommend solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting is a plus.
- Familiarity with the training and development landscape in Indonesia is advantageous.
