Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines for raw materials and supplies.
- Lead demand analysis and forecasting to ensure inventory levels meet production requirements without excess.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, securing favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with finance, production, and logistics teams to align procurement activities with budgetary and operational goals.
- Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, and payment processes to maintain accurate and transparent records.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, implementing contingency plans to avoid disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry standards and quality control processes.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
