Responsibility
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and engage high-quality suppliers for infrastructure projects.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including RFP/RFQ development, bid evaluation, and contract awarding.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations, addressing issues proactively.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on procurement performance, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing procurement is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost efficiency and value creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
