Responsibility
- Source and procure goods and services in accordance with company requirements and budget constraints.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
- Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of market trends and supplier management.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
