Responsibility
- Source and procure high-quality products and materials from reliable suppliers to meet business needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and cost savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
- Evaluate supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams to align procurement activities with budget and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit and analysis purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management and contract administration.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of local and international sourcing practices is a plus.
