Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify cost-effective suppliers and vendors.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor and maintain supplier performance, addressing any delivery or quality issues proactively.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best value for the organization.
- Track and report on procurement KPIs, including cost savings, lead times, and supplier reliability.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to streamline procurement workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction strategies.
- Strong understanding of procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
