Responsibility

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the organization.
- Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to forecast demand and align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Analyze spending data to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging suppliers to enhance procurement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, market dynamics, and cost-reduction techniques.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
