Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to inform procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Leverage procurement software and data analytics to track spending and identify savings opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics is a plus.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is highly desirable.
