Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet company procurement needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and optimize costs.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to ensure quality and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, expenditures, and savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is highly desirable.
