First Oceanic Property Management, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our property management projects are supported by timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement practices.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be the bridge between our operational requirements and our vendor network. You will be tasked with end-to-end procurement cycles—from identifying reputable suppliers and negotiating favorable terms to executing Purchase Orders and tracking delivery timelines. Responsibility
- Execute the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, canvassing, and vendor selection.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Draft and process accurate Purchase Orders (POs) in compliance with company procurement policies.
- Maintain and update the supplier database to ensure a reliable pool of vendors for recurring operational needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to clarify requirements and timelines for goods and services.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, or billing discrepancies.
- Prepare regular procurement reports on spending, cost savings, and vendor performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on cost reduction and relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and supplier data.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple POs under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
