Fujitsu is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Procurement Senior Specialist to join our growing global delivery team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this senior-level position, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor relations to support our enterprise technology operations.
As a Procurement Senior Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional business units and key stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, optimize spend, and mitigate risks. You will drive commercial negotiations with external partners and ensure that all procurement activities align with Fujitsu's global standards of excellence, compliance, and sustainability. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement activities for IT hardware, software licensing, SaaS, and professional services.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and local suppliers, monitoring performance through regular reviews and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze spend data, market trends, and supply chain risks to identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, and Security teams, to ensure procurement compliance with global corporate policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement workflows, leveraging modern ERP systems and digital procurement tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within a multinational corporate environment or Shared Services Centre.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiations, commercial law principles, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in enterprise procurement platforms, such as SAP, Ariba, or Oracle.
- Strong analytical capability, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Professional certification (such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
