Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end procurement process cycles, from requisition to purchase order issuance.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with internal procurement policies and global sourcing standards.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and performance metrics in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with logistics and manufacturing stakeholders to resolve supply chain discrepancies.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and operational costs.
  • Prepare regular procurement status reports for management review.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and facilitate communication between vendors and accounts payable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP software is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
