Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of raw materials and components.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors while maintaining strong relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, ethical sourcing, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to mitigate disruptions.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international procurement standards and logistics is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
