Responsibility
- Assist the Procurement Lead in developing and implementing cost-effective purchasing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, pricing, and quality for goods and services.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Legal) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and risk mitigation in the supply chain.
- Prepare reports and presentations on procurement performance, market trends, and supplier analysis for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, preferably in IT, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and import/export processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
