As our Procurement Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sourcing process, from identifying market opportunities and negotiating complex contracts to performance monitoring and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to understand their operational needs, ensuring that our outsourcing frameworks align perfectly with 2GO Group’s commitment to service excellence. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for manpower and outsourcing services.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including RFPs, bidding, vendor selection, and contract finalization.
- Negotiate competitive service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize value and service quality.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of outsourced service providers to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives without compromising operational output.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors to ensure market intelligence and service alignment.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant legal/regional regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, specifically focusing on Manpower, HR, or BPO outsourcing services.
- Strong proficiency in contract law, negotiation tactics, and vendor management software.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value service contracts.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of regional labor laws and outsourcing compliance standards.
