Live Nation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to join our team for a brand-new, purpose-built 3,000-capacity entertainment venue in Singapore. You will negotiate with top-tier vendors, oversee inventory procurement, and implement cost-saving strategies that uphold Live Nation’s global standards of excellence. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support venue operations and large-scale event requirements.
- Source and onboard reliable vendors, negotiating service-level agreements and pricing to optimize operational costs.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from initial requisitions and RFP processes to contract finalization and vendor performance reviews.
- Collaborate with operations, production, and finance teams to forecast inventory needs for high-profile events.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain a database of preferred suppliers and foster long-term, high-value partnerships within the local and regional entertainment market.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or event management industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving significant cost savings.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines during event cycles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
