Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality materials and services at optimal costs.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to align procurement and logistics with business demands.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and escalate key risks (e.g., supply chain disruptions, cost overruns) to senior management with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company policies in all procurement and logistics activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of cost reduction, vendor negotiation, and inventory optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, GMP, or ISO standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
