Responsibility
- Coordinate and align supply chain activities with supply planning, project, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms and cost savings.
- Monitor market trends and anticipate supply chain disruptions, implementing proactive strategies to mitigate risks and ensure continuity.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management, to optimize stock levels and reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, plan procurement activities, and align supply with production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, reduce waste, and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and build long-term supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all procurement activities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
