Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery speed, and compliance with engineering specifications.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value for the company while maintaining high standards.
- Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Monitor supplier performance, address any issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain service levels.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction strategies.
- Strong understanding of engineering specifications, material requirements, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
