Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to final purchase order issuance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, reliable delivery, and high-quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and price fluctuations to optimize procurement costs without compromising quality.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and industry compliance standards.
- Coordinate closely with internal F&B operations teams to forecast requirements and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and payment conditions with key vendors.
- Perform regular audits of supplier performance and resolve any discrepancies in invoicing or delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards and supplier compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
