Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and procure high-quality TCM supplies and materials from trusted vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet operational demands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify procurement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement processes.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to optimize procurement workflows.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or TCM industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of TCM products and industry standards is a plus.
