Responsibility
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize vendor relationships and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, budget adherence, and performance metrics.
- Lead procurement transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Utilize data analytics tools to forecast demand and plan inventory levels effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
