Responsibility
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess procurement needs and priorities.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or invoices promptly.
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
