Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and execution of procurement processes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and align purchasing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement spend.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Provide regular reports on procurement metrics and market trends to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
