Responsibility

  • Plan, organize, and execute daily procurement activities for medical reagents and laboratory supplies in compliance with company policies.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of inventory.
  • Manage the resale process of reagents, including pricing strategies, client relations, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Implement procurement best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company procurement guidelines.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, including budget tracking and expenditure analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
