Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and execute daily procurement activities for medical reagents and laboratory supplies in compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of inventory.
- Manage the resale process of reagents, including pricing strategies, client relations, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Implement procurement best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company procurement guidelines.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including budget tracking and expenditure analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor management.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards is a plus.
