Responsibility
- Perform high-quality OB-GYN ultrasound imaging procedures, including transvaginal, abdominal, and Doppler ultrasounds, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal performance and image quality.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, gynecologists, and radiologists to provide detailed imaging reports for diagnostic and treatment planning.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including radiation safety and infection control, to maintain a secure environment for patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting imaging findings and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff or students in ultrasound techniques and best practices.
- Stay updated with advancements in ultrasound technology and OB-GYN imaging through continuous education and professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Radiologic Technologist (or equivalent certification) recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in OB-GYN ultrasound imaging, with a strong portfolio of diagnostic scans.
- Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment, including transvaginal and Doppler imaging techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate imaging reports.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare documentation systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
